In March 2020, Indiana legislators passed House Enrolled Act (HEA) 1004 which required Ambulatory Surgery Centers to place a list of their standard charges on their website. This includes the Center’s standard charges for a number of the most commonly performed cases, both nationally and at the Center. The charges are displayed as a weighted average negotiated charge and broken down into different categories of potential patients.
A comprehensive list of the Center’s charges for services and supplies may be accessed below. The charges reflected likely differ from the payment amounts that centers receive for patient care and may differ by individual patient circumstances.
If you have private insurance and are interested in understanding what your “out-of-pocket” costs may be for care you receive at the Center, we encourage you to contact your health insurance company because it is in the best position to help you understand your healthcare financial obligations. For patients with Medicare or Medicaid, or patients without insurance, you may contact the Center’s patient financial services department for estimates or additional information.
